Beginner Patchwork (for your sewing machine) (1 day)

Have you ever wondered where patchwork begins ? Or what blockwork is ? How bias strips are cut ? or what a fat quarter is used for ? Have you ever looked at patchwork grid rulers and wondered why they look so complicated ?

This one day class will answer all these questions and more. Learn where to begin and all the steps through to the end. Find out what all those patchwork quilting products are for as well as other sewing aids to make your craft more enjoyable.

Sampler Quilt (2 days)

A two day course on a one class per week basis using the techniques of the beginner patchwork class to produce a sampler quilt.

Marsais Quilting (1 day)

A one day class examining the unique techniques of this specific form of Italian quilting.

Hand Applique (1 day)

A one day beginners course learning hand applique techniques.
